1) 终止使用“服务”的资格。“淘购网”终止对用户的服务。"

一旦终止，用户使用“服务”的权利将被同时暂停。与此同时，“淘购网”不再对此用户履行任何义务。

9. 拒绝提供担保

电子钱包余额是不被允许做任何的转移无论是给第三方或是兑换现金。除了第二收入电子钱包例外（附带条件）。
