Tagowa offers you extra care for your purchase during inspection* and shipping. Compensates the product and shipping cost in event that your purchase is lost or damages during shipment and any other problems under inspection coverage category.

Kindly take note certain issue may not be covered, do refer to Request Refund for more information.

Tagowa Shipping Insurance is charged at 10% of the total value of the item (including China Express fee).

The compensation includes:

· Full cost of item

· Full amount of International shipping fee and agent fee

Compensation is limited to RM 2,500.00. 

Exclusions:

Tagowa Shipping Insurance does not cover damages caused by insufficient or unsuitable packing for fragile items.
